Changing your mind - it is ok!

When I was teaching in Japan, one of my students asked me if she should change her focus on her courses. She felt guilty that she had enrolled in another course and then wanted to change her mind and do someone else's courses instead. She felt she had made a decision that would affect the prior teacher.

So often, people make promises or commitments to do something with someone and then find that they are really not able, interested or want to do the things they originally promised to do. Why does that happen?

The truth is that we receive new input to our brain every second of the day, and by the time night falls, we are busy processing this new input with all past events. Once we have done that, we come to a conclusion that something is either right or wrong for us. Next, the emotions kick in. Thoughts such as I feel guilty or afraid to change happen. Then we start to believe that we will be badly thought of by those who know us.

Well, the truth is, they may have a bad thought about you when you change your mind, but if you explain to them in a simple way that you have gained a new awareness and experiences that have brought you to a new conclusion and color it with a compliment to the person you feel you are letting down, you will find out that they are actually glad you are not free to be with them. After all, who wants someone who is miserable for company!

Your brain is a busy place!

Think about the rush hour, all those people pushing and shoving to get to their destinations quickly, yet no matter how much they push to hurry, they still seem to arrive on time or at the appropriate moment.

Such is the way of your brain. Though you may say it is slow, trust me when I say, it is moving faster than the speed of light, managing all the cross-roads along the way, and obviously getting you what you need immediately your conscious mind seeks an insight.

Did you ever stop to think how you know what to do physically before you actually do it? Yes, your brain is way ahead on movement. So, even though you think about getting up from the sofa and then doing it, you already did it long before that move became conscious.

If you argue with a friend or family member, all those issues that you bring up have been hanging around in your subconscious, just waiting for you to download them into your conscious mind. The problem is that you are over-whelmed with too much info and get lost in an argument that often has no real value or successful settlements.

Try listening to you intuition; deep-subconscious and get the truth. It comes up in inspirational moments when you are calm and able to hear your true thoughts! In other words, you hear the wisdom of the ages in you that has been stored in the primordial brain that you never think about. Somewhere in history you learned to sit, stand etc. as well as to be the only being on this Earth that can talk; if you are not a parrot!

Change your Heart & Heal Your Mind - sound adaptions

Actually, the truth is change your mind and heal your heart over 2012.

Have you every realized that sound is continually bombarding your senses. Whether it is a near silent air filter, a bark in the street, or a machine working in your office. Even if you think you do not hear it you do and while all that sound is going on around you your brain, it is busy processing what you heard and then separating things into memorable, unimportant and, therefore, forgettable, while still others gain a signal that immediate attention required. And, all this is done in the blink of an eye.

2012 is the year of development of Psychic Senses, an awakening to Spiritual matters and aspects of transformation into a vibration of Ascension. Changes will occur inside you, around you and yes, even over you with Spirit Guides Ascending and giving you space to get acquainted with new ones.

Don't feel they have deserted you. It is just time to get acquainted with Higher vibration beings such as angels and Ascended Master, that is if you are ready! Otherwise, those who are not aware will find themselves shorting our unnecessary relationships, moving on to make new ones too. Whatever happens, you will be forced by self or others to find a new way to think about yourself, your past and those 100s of people who came and went from your life.

Cast you mind back to kindergarten, normal school activities, your first job and so on. All those people you knew back then have gone, but not what you felt about them or learned from them. Especially all the things they said to you that you believed.

Now think about all the places you have been, and what you did there and with whom? What you heard. Example: a Ships horn, birds singing, someone shouting in your ear....

Now think of all the religious beliefs you have had and how they have changed over the years!
Remember all the singing and chanting and prayers etc. Sing the natural anthem and see how you react to your voice.

My advice: become creative this year and do all the things you wanted to do and never did.
Talk aloud to yourself and hear how you impress your mind. Maybe you need to find new words to use to create a different tone. High pitched voices suggest insecurity, while low voice seem to carry and invade people's space. How do you want people to hear you.
